Welcome to the forum dedicated to creating the next generation of entrepreneurs through teaching and research – the SAFEER focus is on entrepreneurship education and research. These are shared with members to improve the delivery of entrepreneurship education to a broad cross-section of education environments.
Entrepreneurship research is the second keystone for the forum and is the process of discovery in fields of entrepreneurship education; venture creation and small business, and the public policy impact of entrepreneurial activity in the South Asian Region.
We have come to recognize the critical role that entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship plays in our economy, society, and culture. Appropriately, SAFEER objectives include providing value through recognition and support for entrepreneurship’s role in business formation, public policy, social and economic impact, and institutional legitimacy.
SAFEER planned a prominent role in advancing the discipline and understanding of the entrepreneurship phenomena through the Annual Conference, developing and supporting other entrepreneurship focused entrepreneurship programs and events, and membership services that advance the field through research and best practices.
As a SAFEER member, you are plugged in to entrepreneurship as with no other organization through networking and information sharing.
If you are not currently a member of SAFEER, I invite you to join and become a member of the team through participation in the association’s interest groups and attendance at special programs and events throughout the year.
